Data collection principles

We collect only the information necessary to connect you with funeral providers and operate the platform effectively. All data collection is transparent, with clear explanations of why each piece of information is needed and how it will be used.

How we use your information

Your data helps us match you with suitable providers, facilitate communication, process bookings, and improve our service. We never sell personal information to third-party marketers. Data is shared only with providers you choose to contact.

Security and protection

We employ industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure cloud storage, access controls, regular security audits, and staff training on data protection. All team members sign confidentiality agreements.

Retention and deletion

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for service delivery and legal compliance (typically 7 years for funeral records). You can request earlier deletion at any time, subject to legal obligations and legitimate business needs.
